Shipping Policy 

We are based in Malaysia. We are proudly house-based business, which allows us to prepare and pack your orders with care.

Processing time:

◽️Orders are packed within 1-4 business days.

◽️During launches, or high volume periods, processing in may extend slightly.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes. 
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy 

◽️We accept returns and exchanges with 7 days of receiving your items only for defective or incorrect items.

◽️Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

◽️Change of mind, preference changes or dissatisfaction with colour , fit or material are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

◽️We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing orders.

◽️For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for visibly worn, damaged garments or smells.

◽️Shipping fees are non-refundable & return will be shipping fees with be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
